Post Jam Update 1 (a0.1.0) out now!


Howdyy! A brand new update just appeared at the horizon! Let's see what it has to offer.

New/Changed Features

  • Added Wiring Kits, Wire Boxes and Plug expansion rooms to the game. you can use wiring kits to connect all plugs in a certain room to the power grid, allowing you to reduce the amount travelling up and down the level to replace batteries. Great!
  • Added a new Firefly enemy. A well functioning controller script for the movement of this enemy type has yet to be written.
  • Added Settings menu
  • Changed the Inventory animation
  • Added controller support
  • Climbing ladders now requires you to hold Shift/Ctrl/Left Shoulder Button
  • That's right: Controller support at last! (/^0^)/ 

Bugfixes

  • [B01002] Interference between toast messages
  • [B01003] Inventory menu UI navigation behaves incorrectly for controllers
  • [NO-TAG] Ladders in final room are placed on the collision layer instead of the foreground layer
  • [NO-TAG] Player is unable to jump off of enemies
  • [NO-TAG] Improved interaction bubble efficiency.

Known Bugs

  • [B01001] Settings menu doesn't block background UI interaction
  • [B01005] Controls text in Main Menu doesn't match anymore.
  • [B02001] Audio clipping when stopping music.
  • [B03001] Player attack: event callback is messy and inefficient and should be replaced with a simple OverlapArea check.
